Non stop calls...when you pick up it just beeps. Leaves voice mails and just has beeps

Calls, pick up, and just dead air

I received 2 calls from this number within an hour and a half. A "message" is left but only contains a beep.

Same story - they called, I answered, got silence. Then they left a voicemail which consisted of one beep. I called them back, got a recording that was mostly garbled (when they said their name) then they said "press 1 to remove your number". I did that. Now, if they call back I'm really going after them.
