Who called from 4148775648

I have been getting phone calls from DDM Deals 414-877-5648 just about everyday for the past couple of weeks or so and I've been avoiding the calls because I knew it be another
Solicitor. I finally answered the call two nights ago and the male caller spoke poor English, and he said I won a $300.00 gift card from Target. He said there is a small fee of $4.00 and somewhat cents, I can't remember now exactly.  Anyhow of course he wanted my banking info.  I don't him "No, I don't want the gift offer and to please stop calling me.  This persistent [***] insisted I get the card and he said "We will keep calling you!", and then he hung up on me. I got a call yesterday, and this afternoon which my nephew answered and then when I answered the call tonight they hung up on me.  I am sure DDM wants me to call them back to respond to them calling me but he'll no I'm not calling them.  I am about to file harassment on DDM Deals!!!!!

Its ILLEGAL to ask for money to receive it.

Keep getting calls from the number and listed as DDM Deals... No answer on the other end so we hang up but very annoying and calls are getting more frequent so frustrated:-|

I received a call today. In addition to my name and family for a gift card, he wanted my bank account number for certification!
I kept saying I am not interested, but the guy continued. finally I hanged up.
