Tonight the number 414-877-5693 was a scam for selling an ACT test-taking kit. Supposedly a 60-day free preview, supposedly ordered by my teenaged daughter seeking scholarship info. They gave me a Priority Mail confirmation number, saying it was ready to ship -- but, by the way, they needed credit-card info "just in case" she didn't return it in 60 days. Uhhhh...NOPE! (And daughter confirmed: she ordered no such thing...) Guy kept referencing fastweb.com and scholarships.com to sound legit.
