Called on both my home phone and cell phone.  I have no idea how they got my phone numbers.  Did not leave a message at either number.  If they do leave a message, I will be reporting them as both numbers are listed in the Do Not Call directory.

They have called my house repeatedly as well.  If you try to call the number back it does not allow you to speak to a live person.  I tried to file a complaint, but this is what it stated:

called a couple of times, but no message either. You know those Wisconsin-ites, always terrorizing the nation's cell phones. lol. jk

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  I have both my home and cell on the do not call list.  A message is never left, they just wait for the voicemail to pick up.
