This person has been calling my landline for the past 3 months saying they are from a company called dynamic recovery solutions.  I do not owe any money to anyone so I have no idea why he keeps calling.  Everytime he leaves a message he yells so loudly into the phone that I have to hold the receiver 5 inches away from my ear.
