Who called from 4149398458

I get called by this number every day usually multiple times a day. They also call on weekends as late as 10:00pm. They never leave a voicemail.

Decided to call the number back just to see what it was though you should never do that. Turns out it is a collection agency! I have no debts but I have relatives who do. I think they are trying to get a hold of anyone in the family to get info on those who owe money. This should be illegal to harass me every day and weekends for someone else's debt.
