Who called from 4149739150

Someone texted me from this number claiming to be maria Gonzalez from HCR Manorcare and asked to interview me by yahoo messenger. I stated I only do iinterviews in person or by phone and then I received no answer.

I just received the same message. After a bit of googling, I found your post. I have been actively applying for jobs, but I do not remember applying for any position with HCR Manorcare. After searching online, I believe the name of the company is actually spelled HCR Manor Care. A job recruiter would not have made that mistake, plus contacting a prospective employee via text message is incredibly unprofessional and sketchy not to mention their sub par grammar. I called the phone number and they did not answer until the last ring and then they answered and it was nothing but silence. I then hung up and they immediately texted me "Are you there?" What a scam, I responded with "Please don't text me." Below I have typed out the text messages verbatim:

"Good day mynamehere....... I'm Mrs Maria Gonzalez from the company HCR Manorcare, this regards is to your resume which you posted online have been reviewed and forwarded to our head dept, let me know if you are interested?"

--this is where I called--

"Are you there?"

I said "Please don't text me".

I hope no one is fooled by this scam caller. Remember to safe guard your personal information and do not give anyone your social security number! Good luck and God Bless :D

Rookie mistake on my part. I should not have spoken to this person in chat.  
I did NOT take the bait.

They pick a random company and claim to be affiliated with it, for example: www.hcr-manorcare.com/ ,
and want to "interview" you on Yahoo Messenger.  

They offer $65,000 + per year for a PT data entry job.
They want you to buy equipment and software from them.
They want your personal and banking information.  
When I questioned him/her/it, they disappeared from chat.  

Name given was: [email protected], and Elizabeth Melisa.
I'm sure they've already abandoned these screen names and will resurface with new names.  

$65,000 part time data entry job sounds too good to be true?
It probably is.  No, it definitely is.
