Called saying they had to deliver documents to my house tomorrow but wouldn't say what. Got a similar call from Atlanta scam number a few weeks ago. I think if you have filed bankruptcy in the past sometimes old debt collectors still try to scare you into paying.

I received a call yesterday 3/19/13 from a young lady speaking really fast that she was with 'FM" and that they were serving "Very Important Legal" papers at this address tomorrow. I have no idea nor did the caller elaborate and the n when I stated that I would forward this call to the States Attorney in California, she hung up.
We got a call from 415 134 5678 - our caller ID said "NAME NOT FOUND" A woman began speaking - I said NO - and they immediately hung up. These ROTTEN PEOPLE NEED TO BE REPORTED EVERY SINGLE TIME TO FCC dot COM. True - FCC does a lousy job, but keep on reporting!
These jerks just called back - NO MESSAGE on voicemail. May these people rot in a federal prison. Yet another FCC doc GOV complaint filed by me - everyone should report every single event to the FCC, who some day will do something they get paid to do.
When they first called, I immediately asked to be taken off the calling list, and the guy said, "No, because you don't even know what I'm calling about." I proceeded to tell him I didn't care what he was selling, I'm not interested. He blurted out something about trying to save me money blah, blah, blah, and I said, "Thanks, but we're still not interested, would you *now* please take us off the list."
Now when they call, it's silent for a few seconds and then we get an automated 'good bye' -- must be some sort of 'do not contact' list' rather than 'do not call' -- I think they've put us on a list all right.
