I recieved a phone call last evening from theses people with a threatening message - ending with God help Me! I then called a number back - I spoke with an indian man who called himself Andy hunt- A different man placed the original phone call. They said this was from an early payday loan i took over the computer(In feb 09) for $350- Now is $1,033 owed due to non-payment and collections fees, and court costs. Mind you I have not heard anything or recieved any paperwork for this. They knew my place of employment, and my social security #! They threatened Toplace documentationto my employer to hav me fired. They told me I had to write an apology letter to them(Tey told me exactly what to write. They then recorded me reading it to them , and then said i must have it notarized and sent to them by the morning!When I read the part about How I owed them $1,033 - I specifically stated as a add in on the recording that i do not know how it is this much. They then told me that i had to send them $100 immediately. Not by mail- BUT by a prepaid card only- I was to go purchase one for $100 and call them back by 10 am or they were pressing charges for check fraud, criminal intent, etc.. These people are horrible people. They told me they were going to the courts at 10:01 am if they did not recieve their $. That I would have to go all the way to california by friday or i was going to jail!. This morning I went through all the details, and talked with a friend. this makes no sense. I calleda lawyer from the state cappitol building. they said it sounds like an abbusive scam with scare tatics. Bottom line- What these people are doing is illegal. You mustbe presented with official court documents Sappena(SP?) hand delivered. Then you contact a lawyer and it gets settled through them. I also spoke to the state attorney generals office which gave me the same information. I then tried to call these people back- andy hunt's personal business line (supposedly). They refused me to speak to him- said they were only a security gaurd!I asked him the name of the company -during our coversation he gave me too different names. Finally when i demanded an address for these people he refused me several times- I even asked him" you are telling me sir that you don't know what building you are even working in?" He hung the phone up on me!!!! What these people are doing is outrageous and they really need to be stopped!
I received a call from this number 415-200-0263 telling me to call today and threatening to have me arrested and my children. That I owed 300.00 to a payday loan that had to be paid. The address they gave was in Campbell Ca. and when I placed the address into goggle it came up as a home in Ca. for sale. They knew my name social # my address everything. He claimed his name was Matthew Parker and the law firm was crime monitoring center. The lawyers name were Daniel Bush, David Walker the accent to this man was very hard to understand.

I have had these calls for over the last two weeks to my work number and cell number. They have called over 10 times today and have left messages. Last few calls have been from a "Mark Williams" who has the strongest accent and then today it has been "Shawn Hardy"...so yes, I feel as though I need to change my cell phone number (which has been the same for over 5 yrs now) and my work number...I don't know what to do !! They say I need you or your attorney to call me ASAP!! Don't disregard this message, if you don't return the call or your attorney of record either all I can do is wish you Good luck, then I couldn't understand the ending. Said something mean and then Goodbye!! Wow!! Yes, I must report them. I am honestly going through some issues and yes I have applied for loans on line previously yet ...wow I have never been called this many times!!! Terrible!!! WEll, there you have it....this is my story!
