The caller specifically told me that I will be taken to court for unpaid loan but wouldn't tell me which company and wouldn't give me the company's number so I can call. I am so unsure of what I should do right now. Please help!
they're trying to scare you into giving them money. if you ever really did go to court, which you won't, and the court found out they did this, they would be the ones going to jail. hang up or blow a whistle in their ear. they are crooks.
These people called me yesterday and today wanted me to make a payment over the phone, they said it was a pay day loan, i was so scared i was thinkng, maybe my sons'father was trying to set me up, however my very good lawyer friend goggled the telephone # 415-200-0255 and it indeed is a fraud, they stated that i was to appear in court this friday at 11:00am and to bring my lawyer and they were very rude and and even cursed and these men placed me on hold and even had holding music as if to transfer me to someone else and sure enough the same man but different picked up the phone with a new name. so please DO NOT loss sleep over these fraud call nor give out any additional information. check your bank accounts on a regular basis and remember if you didn't do it don't sweat it, and last but not least trust GOD he will reveal them.
