I rec'd a call message that requiring my immediate response. I returned the call and spoke with Michael Davis, who's English was very poor. He provides a company name of Financial Accountability Association but will not provide a mailing address for the company.
He explained that I was being named in a law suit from an un-paid payday loan from Fast Cash. He would not provide any information about Fast Cash and requested I verify personal information (ie: social, address, employment) After my refusal he began to use inappropriate language towards me.
I have no idea who Fast Cash further more I have NO NEED for a payday loan! I feel like those services should be out-lawed! I immediately contacted the local police and filed a police report. I also confirmed that I have no civil suits of any type.
I have also pulled all three credit reports to confirm no debt to any of the above mentiond companies, and placed a fraud alert with all the bureaus.
