The person called me at my work claiming that i was being brought up on charges for fraud. It was a forein person who i could barely understand. I talked to three different people and the all wanted my lawyers information. They were very inavasive and would not give me information. The only thing they told me was that it was for a payday loan off the internet that was deposited into my account. They had all of my information including my social, my address, my bank account #. They claimed the transaction was made in Nov of 2008 but i did not have the bank account at the time. I called the local FBI and the told me most likely it was a scam... so i just want you all to be aware if this number shows up 415-200-0268 its a scam
If you are targeted by these criminals, be sure to report them to all the following federal and state law enforcement agencies (most of which you can do online or over the phone):
1. The U.S. Secret Service is responsible for protecting the country's financial infrastructure and payment systems from international and domestic threats. Call or write your local Secret Service field office to alert them to the details of this attempted extortion. The addresses and phone numbers for the local Secret Service field offices are listed at http://www.secretservice.gov/field_offices.shtml or in your phone book.
2. Alert the FBI at https://tips.fbi.gov Be sure to tell the FBI that you are being targeted by extortionists over the phone. And if the crooks claim to be law enforcement or lawyers, officers of the court or bankers, be sure to include that information in your report.
3. File a complaint with your local police. Most police departments will take a report over the phone. Be sure to tell them that you're being targeted by an extortionist and give them all the details.
4. File a complaint your state's attorney general, the contact information for whom is at www.wvago.gov
5. File a complaint online with The Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en
If these crooks call back, promise them nothing, pay them nothing and tell them nothing other than that you know they're a scam and that you've reported them to law enforcement. (And be sure to report them to all the agencies above each time they call you.)
Received collection threat earlier today and they left a message on my cell phone. Some foreign speaking person by the name of Sean Richards at 415-200-0268.
I have the person I barely understand and they have all my information bank and social security and they claimed I make a transaction in November 2008. I never barrow money from some payday loan they are talking about, they keep calling my job and harrass me. I will be arrested in the morning waht is the reason.

I received a call from 415-200-0268 and later 415-200-2063 states if I do not pay $5000.00 right now I will be arrested and I need to meet her at the court house tomorrow morning I ask for the court house name and address and she was unable to provide me with that information
I received a phone call from 415-200-0268 and the person said his name was Curtis Jackson and he was calling from a law firm that represented a payday loan company. I asked him the name of the law firm and he said that he could not tell me that. I explained that if I was being asked to pay a debt than I would like to know where he was calling from and again he stated he was not authorized to tell me that. Previous to me answering this call I had received several threatening messages on my work answering machine and cell phone telling me to obtain an attorney and ending with
" God help you" or "I wish you well". I spoke to Mr. Jackson about those threatening messages and he offered to allow me to speak to his supervisor.
A man who said his name was Kenneth Samuel got on the phone and said he was an attorney. I asked for the name of the law firm and he said Crime Monitoring Center. He said I owed $500.00 plus late fees totaling $795.00 and if I did not pay legal officers would come to my home to serve me court papers. I asked Mr. Samuel where he took the bar exam since he said he was an attorney and he stated that was none of my business. I explained that since he was representing himself as a lawyer then it was my business and I asked again if he was admitted to the bar in California ( where he said the "law firm" was located) and he stammered and said that he was calling me about a debt and he did not have to give me his educational background. Again I explained that he was demanding money from me and I had the right to know that he was truly a lawyer. Mr. Samuel became upset and stated that I was being abusive to him because I would not let this go and he began to argue with me about the words I was using. I told him that I thought he was being very unprofessional and if he was trying to collect a debt he never informed me of my rights, never identified who he was calling for, and never told me the amount of the debt until I asked. While I was talking to him I was also on the Internet searching the number and it came back as a scam. I shared this information with Mr. Samuel and he stated that I was being disrespectful to him by calling him a scam. I reminded him that he called me to collect a debt and to engage in arguing with me was unprofessional. I told him that I would be reporting him to my Attorney General as I know his tactics are illegal and it was at this point he said " I don't want anything from you", " I was trying to help you but you are being disrespectful to me" so I am going to turn your case over to the court. I explained that I had no intention of giving him any of my banking information and he gave me his direct line and said I could call him back. Both persons spoke with an Indian accent and there was a lot of noise in the background.
