Caller id read 205-307-5330 but caller stated that his call back number was 415-200-0272 and wanted me to fax a letter to them with the last 4 of my social and notarize it stating that i would pay back a pay day loan of almost $1000. He said that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. He had all of my information and my bank acct information. He could not even speak english I could not understand him and he put a lady on the phone and I could not understand her. They both sound indian. They stated that they could only accept credit card and debit payments to pay off the loan. I have never heard of that loan company and I did not put out a loan. I asked them how much the loan was and what company and they could not provide me with the answers. I asked them to email me the information cause I could not understand them and they stated the loan was too far gone and they could not email me anything since they were calling from the legal dept negotiated on behalf of the creditor. I asked did the company have another name cause I had never heard of them.

i am at work and recieved a phone call of a threating nature from someone repersenting a payday loan site. they stated that i owed from may of 2008, they had the last 4 digits of my s.s.# and called at my job which i have only been at for five months. they stated ( you show up in las angeles at the court house thursday morn at 9:00 A.M. with 9,000 dollars or i would suffer the consequences and some one would pick up from my job or home the next day) the only information i could get from them was a name of steven anderson who by the way spoke hindu (broken english) i tried to call back and they hung up the phone. i also contacted 500fastcash which is who they said they repersented but would not give me the phone #. i owe nothing to them and they gave me the # to homeland security.
THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE FRAUDS AND NEED TO BE ARRESSTED FOR EXTORTION
