This woman that went by the name of Jennifer Davis called my work left a message saying that i better not ignore this message and call them back ASAP i called back and got connected to an Indian man Jeffery Stewart he said he was a lawyer for a payday company and if i didn't send $1095.37 in an hour using a per paid credit card the police would come pick me up and i would have to go to court and end up doing time also he said my name would get black listed from what i don't know
The same thing has been happening to me since Last August. They stop calling and then all of a sudden they call & threaten to take me to court and say that I am unpaid on a pay day loan. everything is caught up and it shows as paid on my credit report.
