Called back caller claims ro California police looking for contributions no doubt a scam

CI VOIP...Left no message, Your blocked.

1/28/2016 at 9:35 AM my home phone rang three times and stopped before answering machine could answer. Caller ID reads San Francisc CA in place of a company name. All signs of spoofed number scam call.

Called and left no message.  We are on the Do Not Call List.

I think that annoying police "charity" has changed its number to avoid being blocked by nomo.  Will refer this number to the SHEET list.
