Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Voip Caller" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of San Francisco, California with a service provider of 01 Communications Inc.-CA, which is a favorite used by scammers, that is associated with this number. This is definitely a scammer that is using a voip system to phishing for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
