Repeated calls early am.no one answers.annoying

They called this morning at 9:06 and left no message. Caller id said UNKNOWN NAME

Left a 4-second message with nothing but static. Most new phones including cheap smartphones have caller blocking capabilities. This number is a new entry.

No answer when picked up call... This is not the first time they have called. I think i will block this number in future.
