caller ID from San Francisco. I can hear some music in the background but no one says anything, and they hang up after about 8 seconds of this background noise.

comes through as "San Francisc CA"
I now consider any time the cid shows a city and state it is not a real call
I never answer these attempts from these tho dialer/spammers and looked this one up and found its some energy "savings" group in San Francisco. One, if there's one state that knows nothing of conserving energy, it's California, and two, why call three time zones away to sell your product through robo dialing. Answer? Call block! Hate these [***]!
got a call on 7/24 @ 3:20 from San Francisco, Ca. #515-200-4748 and again on 7/25 @ 1:18 from San Francisco
with a different #415-610-7830....no message....they never give up. Don't they have to pay long distance charges
to just call us and hang up>bunch of jerks.
WOW! Just sent a message to this website about a call from Framingham, MA (508-848-0572) and five minutes later comes a call from this San Francisco CA number. Are they coordinating these calls, whoever they is?
