Called trying to sell solar services. Three times. I asked politely to remove me from his calling list, he said "NO! CALL BACK LATER!!"

Just received a call from this #.  No message & caller hung up after 4 rings. Caller ID: San Francisco CA.

This is a foreign caller.  Kept repeating something about solar panels. I hung up because he wouldn't take no for an answer.  If you see this on the caller ID, just don't pick up.
