Other sites have reported this to be some sort of magazine sales scam.  The number appears to be spoofed.

Interesting.  My wife subscribes to the magazine they are soliciting for, and they do ask for her, however, it still could be a fishing/scam call.  Since this is my 3rd call today from these dirtbags, it time to blacklist them!

Rings until answer machine picks up then nothing. Blocked these idiots.

This number calls our business several times a day.  We do
not answer the calls.  They never leave a message.

They called my business number, and I answered with my business name.  A lady got on and asked for someone I don't know.  I repeated the name of my business and said "may I help you?"  She then asked "Is this a business?" and I said yes, she apologized for bothering me.  Since I heard a lot of noise in the background that sounded like other people on phones, it must be a solicitation or scam.
