Who called from 4152135666

This is strange, I got a call from somebody identifying themselves as SpongeBob Squarepants!

Lots of the same kinds of calls as everyone else...here's the deal. The phone companies who 'own' the numbers these kinds of calls come from MUST be forced to take action. They claim to be able to do nothing...but let's turn the tables on them. This number is owned by US Telepacific - everyone should call them and give them the same grief they cause us, perhaps they WILL take action. Here's the info: Mr. Richard A. Keep getting phone calls from this number and no answer.  Everywhere wants o chrage me to identify this caller.

getting Unwanted phone call. STOP

Received call asking for specific names. When asked, "who is calling" there was a long pause, then the woman said, "Dr. H, your chiropractor". Sounded suspicious, plus they had wrong names. Same as others, return call only gave us a message saying that number no longer working.
