I got a call from this number at 11:34 a.m. today. I answered it and didn't say anything and just listen to because I don't know anybody in San Rafael California which is what my caller ID stated the call was originating from. While listening silently I can hear it's a call center type Place filled with Indian or Pakistani descent people all claiming to be the IRS. So he hung up and they called right back and I answered and spoke this time and he said his name was Neil and he was from the IRS and that they had me down for insufficient payment on a loan. I said why is the IRS bothering with a loan that I never took out it's quite obvious you're a fraud and do not call me again he then threatened me with legal proceedings I said that's fine you can do that but while I'm talking to you Neil one of your other Indian friends are calling me it's showing up on my caller ID right now! He then said they would take me off their calling list. It is a scam!
