I keep getting calls from a computer saying I owe $65 in collect calls and wanting my credit card number. I may be some dumb but I'm not plumb dumb. It won't let me talk to a live human and I can't block it because it switches to another number and calls back the next day.
Received a collect call, my cell provider does not support this company. The automated message asks me to press 1 to clear my account. Until a live representative can contact me, I will not key in any numbers. Not to mention, they provide a web address that isn't valid. What kind of hokey service is this?
