Same Robocall - they left a long message that said I am now qualified under a recent bill passed by Congress entitled the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act permanently cutting my electric bill up to 60%. Electricity costs will be rising 14% (or maybe they said 40%) and if I am a homeowner and pay more than $150/month for electric, they can stop the increase if I hit "1", etc. I get so many unsolicited sales, telemarketers using phony numbers and outright fraudulent scam calls, that I do not know who to trust anymore. So I just ignore everyone of them. Update: I googled the "act" and it is a scam! Scum!!!
