Has repeatedly called for many months, leaving no message.  Caller ID said it was from Novato, CA.  I answered this morning: man asked for me by name.  I asked for his.  He said he was from a solar company.  Said I asked him to call me back in January about installing solar panels (I had not).  I told him to take us off his call list.  He said he would not.  I told him we did not want his business and hung up.  He called back and said, "No one hangs up on me, you 'ball-bag.'"  I told him I'd report him for harrassment if he didn't stop
