This number called my husband today and claimed to be the IRS. They told him that we had committed tax fraud and they had done a 5 year audit on his taxes. They told him he owed $3900 in the next 45 minutes or a warrant would be issued for his arrests, his bank accounts frozen, drivers license suspended, etc… He told them he would not be paying anything and was hung up on. The called had a heavy Pakistani accent.
415-234-9594, person left a message stating my dad's name and that they were from the irs. i called them back and they again asked for my dad and stated they were from the irs. it was a man with an eastern accent. this is such a terrible scam.
