Been recieving calls several times from this number 415-22349602. Couldn't answer cause I'm at work. They left me a message saying this is Irs, I need to return their call immediately before they take action. Called them back and a girl named Anna answered, and said that they're some kind law frim, coildn't hear the name of the Co, cause I guess they do it on purpose to make it static, so I kept on asking whats the name of the law firm, and she said why am I interrupting her. i told her I can't hear her well cause it's all statikieee. She said, IRS is filling a law suit against me cause I owe some money to them. I said, How come Irs didn't send me a letter or contacted me. why would they send to a lawfirm to handle their situation. she said, they send a certified letter out but it kept returning back to post office. I said, Whats the address you send it to. She said the address, and I said I don't know about the address, then she hung up the phone. I kept calling them back 7 times and they kept pushing the end button so it won't go thru. By the way she talk really fast. she doesnt answer my question when I asked what law firm is this, she changed the subject, and have a Indian accent as well. I know it was a scam. be carefull.

Same stories as above....received two voicemails from the IRS and when I called them back (at 415-234-9602), an Indian voice told me a warrant for my arrest was being served tonight for tax fraud.   They said they had sent two certified letters, including notification from the post office,  and because I had ignored them, I would be going to jail.  They said I owed at least $6000 of the $13000 total.    Thanks to everyone who posted their experience to help validate the scam, because actually talking to someone at the IRS to verify this was fraud is next to impossible and does leave you wondering if someone is going to show up at your door!   Once I got over the initial concern and then anger, I realize the IRS would unlikely handle it this way --- way too bureaucratic to take action within a two month time frame.  Hope this helps someone else.
