The automated call from 415-234-9647 smelled like poo from the start but decided to do a reverse search and landed here. Never called back but I will be reporting this to the IRS. Its a shame that this number is up and running for this long!

Got the same call today from officer Julie Smith from the revenues office (call was from Novato, CA) saying I should not disregard the call and to call back immediately before they take legal action against me. This seemed pretty weird to me so I investigated it. Fortunatel, It is a scam, but I can't believe this is still going on!.
I received multiple calls from this number. When I called back, the person that answered the phone was rude and disconnected the call. I continued to call asking to speak to a supervisor. He tried to use a fake voice, but I did not fall for it. Finally, after having a friend use a dialling program to flood their call center, the calls stopped.
