I also received this call from the "IRS" today.  Her name was still Julie (Judy?).  She gave a last name, but I missed it.  As with many of you, it was a recording, telling me she was with the IRS, and that we had to call back urgently or the IRS would take strong action.  And that we must not ignore the call.  She finished with the 'take care' ending.
I went to the IRS website and ended up at http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml and reported it.  I do not like that I had to put my name, address, email, and phone - I mean, that's part of what I'm avoiding.  I did anyway (hopefully using [email protected] won't be a problem).  In the yellow bar near the top of the page is a read more link which gives more info on these calls.  But that was a year ago, and looking at all the recent reports on here, it might be getting worse.
