415-242-1897 called at 3:19pm, I let it roll over to voicemail and the caller didn't leave a message. I dialed the number and got a phone company recording that the number had been disconnected and was no longer in service. My conclusion is that it's a scammer spoofing an out-of-service number so they can't be traced.

Getting calls from 415-242-1897, caller ID shows unknown name. Never leaves a message on recorder. This is a spoofed number and the callers are spammers.
