Who called from 4152510480

Calls repeatedly, doesn't leave message on answering machine!

Called me, did not leave a message.  I called back and it said "We are unable to take your call, please leave a message"

CALLED AND NEVER LEFT MESSAGE

Called and left a message that he was Mark Jones with G.E. Capital Bank and that I was eligible for a "pre-authorized" loan up to $10,000.  If I was still interested in the loan, I could call back between 5:00 and 7:00 pm Eastern Time.  Banks aren't open anywhere in the country after 5:00 pm.  SCAM!!!!!

GE bank changed their name several years ago when they spun it off.
