Ok, this time this crook name is Jason Blake. But my research leads me to believe that he makes his fraud from the Ghana or Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) region in Africa.
The phone number he gives and the caller ID points to California, but this is just a gateway. His fake "business" address he provides is one from California, most likely San Francisco.
Obviously this guy is trying to do money laundry with stolen credit card numbers. In short, he claims to be wanting to buy your product. But don't be fooled. What he really wants is your cash. The way he does it is by asking you to ship the goods through a fake shipping company that won't accept any form of payments except wire transfer (bank to bank transfer) or other cash transaction such as Western Union.
