I received a call from these people too. I have no intentions of calling them back.

Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call as soon as possible before any legal action takes place. We have determined that there is a-test(?) and say(?) hey Neil income tax...."
Heavy Indian accent, said he was from IRS litigation, said he was David Parker and provided a case number. Was upset when I questioned his name really being David Parker
I received a call from this person with a very heavy Indian accent (originated in Movatom CA) as well. Could not understand most of .message. However, I did hear Income Tax deficit. I figured I would get on the computer and find out more (figured it was a scam). Thank goodness I did. I intend to report this to IRS.
Got a call from this number said it was urgent and time sensitive that I get back to them or face legal action. I called the number back and got that it was the IRS. Whoever called could barely speak English
