I just got a call from this number 415-251-9093 and when I tried calling back its a Magic Jack Customer number and tells me to leave message. In which I did not...
Left me a message from 415-251-1290 saying they were calling from Lending Tree Company and that my loan had been approved. I didn't apply for any loan.
I just received a call on my cell phone from this (415)251-9731# claiming to be from the business finance bureau investigation and that there is a warrant out for me and to be home tomorrow morning?!? First of all, I have done absolutely nothing wrong, but it is really scary getting these kind of phone calls!! They need to be stopped!
The phone # was (415) 251-9731....They left a message on my cell phone claiming to be an attorney and that there was a warrant out for me from the business finance bureau, and to be at my house in the morning....How is it legal to threaten someone about a non existing warrant?? Also, in the past few weeks I keep getting calls from a 415 area code saying that my loan has been approved...I have not EVER applied for a loan.... How can these scammers be stopped? Threats of a warrant is crossing a line!!!
