It a real state agent named Randy Nichols, he telemarkets for distressed properties, has known to call a family up to 5 tomes a day bugging them to sell their home.
report him to the federal trade commission consumer fraud web site. He can loose his California real estate license. Also report him to the California Real Estate licensing board, they will pull his license even quicker. save your phone records to be able to provide his contacts.

This number has been calling me ALL DAY today every 20-30 minutes! Based off previous reports here & Google he's been harassing/scamming people to sell their homes. I don't own any property, so I have no idea where he got my number or why he's harassing me... Reported him to the FCC

I'm on the DNC list. Looks like he's a real estate agent making unsolicited calls.
