I was called by a lady who said she was a affadavit processor and that I was being sued for $5000 for not paying back a loan I don't remember taking out and does not appear on my credit report. Beware.

you have to pay your outstanding amount...or else you have to prove yourself in the court,and if you loose to prove yourself then you will end up paying the heavy legal fine that is $5000 ..thats it!
