This is NOT a scam, double checked with UCSF today. UCSF is trying to reach all of their patients who they cannot yet confirm have had a flu shot as the flu outbreak is extensive in the San Francisco Bay area. Answer the call or call them back, it's a short automated questionnaire either confirming you've had a flu shot (and when) or finding out where to have a flu shot.
