Keeps calling my cell phone which is on the do not call list. No message left

Didn't answer, but called from work number and got a Robocall offering "financial independence" - hung-up about 30 sec into call - I'm still working for a living...

Have had several calls from this number. Never leaves a msg and when I call back its dead air.
