Who called from 4152948799

I received the call on Thursday and Friday, January 28 and 29.

Got the same call and the same message.  Glad I didn't call and checked here first.

Received the same message as Pam on both Thursday and Friday on my cell phone.  I am really tried of all these calls.  I have been receiving these scam calls for two years now, and I can't understand why the IRS isn't doing anything about this.

Most of the phony IRS calls seem to originate in Pakistan or India.
The IRS has no authority there.

BUT, perhaps we should ask you why you are not doing something about those calls.
Have you heard of "Call blockers"?  Did you know that you can easily block calls to your cell phone, if you read the manual for understanding?
