Receive calls and immediate hang up.  Shown as call coming from San Rafael - and san francisco - when I call the number back - a recording says "this number is not in service."    We have had a rash of burglaries in the area that seem to have increased together with the number of bogus calls and hang-ups. Beware.  These people should be tracked down and arrested.
