Who called from 4153068429

Caller hung up on second ring which was a very long ring.  Strange.

Called right after (858) 703-6421 did.  Female voice said "Hello, Hello", then hung up

Got a call from this number..no message

Called number back with block on.  Number goes to a message that says to call back with the number you were originally contacted on.  Obvious spam is obvious.  Blocked it on truecaller

lady called told me to go to www.badkittycam.com then hung up called back and nothing no answer
