I was told they are want to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I asked which credit card. He says "Your Visa". I said which visa? Which company do you represent? He says "Well ma'am, we're lowering interest rates on chase, bank of america, citicard..." I asked him to stop and said "so you're a third party company pretending to represent my credit card company?". He replies "[***] off you [***] [***]" and hangs up on me.
