I just called back the number and all it says is " if you would like to be removed press 1" I wish I can back track their location so I can make their life hell. This calls are very irritating and annoying! !! I have a feeling these a**ho*** are using united states phone numbers to annoy people. perhaps, their regional location may be some other country outside the US.
These people have been calling ever since I listed my business on yp.com. Apparently they use bots to collect information from yp.com- or they simply took my number and information down after a web search. Either way it is a complete scam. They call and claim first of all that I am their customer which is definitely not true. Next they claim to be part of google.com and that I need to send them $400-$600 dollars in order to get better listing on google.
Fortunately I know that this is not how to deal with google.com and that they in fact are scamming both me and the people at Google. Using software to trick Google has not worked since the cloud was released several years ago.
So once again I tell you this is a total scam.
