Yes, this is techrepublic.com sales efforts. Email them and tell them to stop, it is really becoming a problem for me, they are calling 5-10 times a day.
Got in touch with the gal at this number. She was an awesome help in finding a new phone system for my office. They aren't salespeople there, just a helpful group at an online publication.
