I've got several calls from this number and just now when I called back I get a lady just said her name is Allen would not tell me what the name of the company is and then he hangs up on me. when I tried calling back they would not even answer the phone

The FTC spanked them for almost total lack of FCRA compliance in May 2016. When they complied at all it was by force of litigation. They relied on short codes, similar to the E-OSCAR system, to transmit disputes to creditors. Naturally the disputes included faint details and none of the consumers' documentation, such as proof that converter boxes were returned, or that amounts were already paid or inaccurate. Worse yet, the FTC found that "CPA routinely destroys dispute letters and other documentation submitted by consumers, even when the dispute has not been resolved".
