This number is to a collection agency, Global Credit (that on my land line answering machine read as "San Francisco CA") gives out people's names on answering machines and voice mails when they attempt to collect a debt.
While this appears to be a legit collection agency, they use somewhat shady tactics to get at what they want. So, be EXTREMELY wary of them.
Problems with such companies can lead to you needing help when they abuse the telephone and your answering machine or voice mail.
