calling multiple times per day and no message - blocked them

Called a couple of times and no voicemail (I won't answer if I don't know #)

Must be robo calling as I have received these annoying calls twice a day for months.

this # 415-325-0528 called today and I picked up.  It was silent or delayed for a while and then a lady asked "..is this Mr " < my last name> ? " and once I said "yes", hung up on me.  I tried calling back but got a message saying the number was no longer in service. Probably a robo-caller.
