I received 6 calls from this number in a 4 hour period, the first time it was a lady speaking very rapidly in a foreign language, I told her she had the wrong number and hung up, the next 4 times no one was on the line when they called, however i could hear people speaking a foreign language in the background, then I received yet another call this time from a man again speaking a foreign (well foreign to me anyway - i can't place it) language - very frustrating - reported to the CRTC
I've received several calls on my phone from a guy called sam saying he wanted to speak with the person who paid the telus bills, that he worked for telus. Then "jenna" called from the same number saying same thing. They're rude and ignorant...Don't respond.
Speaking very rapidly in a heavy accent. Kept saying "Ma'am" after every sentence. I hate that. Said they need information for us to reduce our Bell bills. He said it would go down to $25 for the monthly fee and 3 cents/minute for long distance. I told him that is what we pay already. He was stumped then. Started talking again but I cut him off saying I would phone Bell directly and couldn't waste any more time talking to him.
I got a call from this number a few minutes ago. A man, speaking in difficult to understand accented English, started talking (quite fast) about "Bell"; after some moments of me trying to find out who he was calling for, he said "are you with Rogers" — I said "no" , and he hung up.
