Recieved a message from this person saying I had until 6pm to call back (2 hr time frame) to avoid legal issues. Also that a certified letter was returned to them because there was no one here to accept it. That is bs. Plus the mail carrier would put a notice in the mailbox stating they had a certified letter waiting for pick up at the p.o. Why would County Document Services in CA be dealing with someone across the country?
