I received a call from this number it was someone name Sebastian Taylor about a loan that I applied for I was told I had to put $99.99 on a apple I tune card I put $100 & was told I couldn't complete the transaction because I went a penny over the fee than I was asked to get another card and put only $99.99 on it so that I can receive the loan & my $100 back than he just keep trying to get me to send money to receive the loan he claimed he couldn't confirm my bank account so I went to the bank so he could speak with a representative and he ask me not to tell them I was dealing with a lender and wanted to hang up the phone when I questioned why was that a problem he said he had to call me back I kept him on the phone & he started to get frustrated & contradict his self and he threatened that if I don't pay $129 so that he can Western Union the money I would be charged $300-$400 for cancelling a loan that I'm expected to pay money to receive this is definitely a scam
David Cooper and Russell Miller calling and threatening me with being arrested if I didn't pay them $450. Yesterday on a payday loan that is not even due yet. Very convincing. Called again today and threatened me again with being arrested if I didn't pay them $652. today.
I received the exact call that if I didnt pay $446 by 6:00 pm I was going to be arrested freaky thing is they have my ss# address and birthdate. Total scam they are getting info on the internet and I found out that the names they are using are real attorneys in California but this is a scam out of India.
I recieved the exact same call stating they was going to arrest me at my job if I didn't pay 645. they had all of my info. I thought it was legit and paid the money they then said it was too late they were putting a warrant out on me in the next 10 min. I actually went to the police station to turn myself in and the sheriff told me it was a scam!!!! now when I call those people they hang up on me!!! very expensive lesson learned. local law enforcement says not much can be done about it but they will look into it..... doesn't make me feel any better.
